Here are the steps necessary to upload the product picture from your
PPP (profit pulling platform) into your blog website sidebar and then
make that picture clickable back to your PPP website.

Please note: This tutorial assumes you have both a Wordpress blog and
PPP website already set up.

- note #a. don’t put an opt in box under your PPP picture…  here’s why
an opt in box below the PPP tells me that you believe a picture is enough of an
enticement to get most people’s first name and email…  not true.  This is why
Alex has created a squeeze page full of proof and benefits for visitors to read.
Remember pictures are sexy, but its words and more importantly benefits
the reader will enjoy if he/she decides to act… that sells.

- note #b. understand what you’re trying to sell… yes sell
everything is about leading, encouraging or selling visitors into the next step you
want them to take if they indeed are interested enough in additional information…
and so although it may seem like a very tiny step, all you’re trying to do
is to encourage visitors to click on a link or your PPP picture.  remember
small steps lead to lots of clicks.

———-

step #1.  upload and activate the tinymce plugin…

get it here –> http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tinymce-advanced/

step #2. definitely read the following two notes before continuing.

———-

- note #c. how to center your PPP picture in your sidebar text widget
when you upload a picture, maybe add some enticing text or headlines above or
below… then copy and paste that into your sidebar text widget… there’s
a good chance it will shift completely to one side… unless centered.
The way to center everything is make sure you add the line <div align=center>
before everything you want centered and then </div> at the end.

- note #d. how to insert line breaks above and below your picture, etc.
lastly there may be times when you want to break lines or headlines up, virtually
allowing you to control what words appear on what lines.  The way this is done
is by adding <br> exactly where you want the line to wrap. p.s. I do this
all the time when creating post & page headlines in my blog.

Now what you’re going to do is use the html editor that’s provided when you create
new posts and then copy that code and paste it into your sidebar text widget.

———-

step #3a. click on ‘Posts’ and then click on ‘Add New’
step #3b. call the post ‘test’ if you want and then click ‘Save Draft’.

———-

This will be your working area.

Before you add any picture to your sidebar, your going to want to make sure that
you’ve created and saved a copy that’s not more than 150 pixels in width.  Because
if its any wider, its just going to look squashed once uploaded…

Uploading this picture into Wordpress is a two step process.  first you upload it into
the media library within your blog, then you insert it into your post from your
media library.

After making sure you have a picture below 150 pixels in width, do this…

———-

step #3c – log in at http://www.yourblogwebsite.com/wp-admin
step #3d – scroll down to ‘Media’, then click on ‘Add New’,
step #3e – now click on ‘Select File’, find the picture and click ‘Open’
step #3f – click on ‘Save all Changes’…

———-

Now you need to open up your test post and insert the PPP product picture
and add its hyperlink, etc. etc.

———-

step #4. make sure the ‘Visual’ tab is highlighted,
step #5. then click on the double box just to the right of ‘Upload/Insert’
step #6. then click on the ‘Media Library’ tab and locate your picture,
step #7. click on ‘Show’ to the right of the picture you want uploaded,
step #8. then make sure ‘full size’ is selected and then click ‘Insert into Post’,
step #9. hover over the picture and left click one time,
step #10. half way across the format bars you’ll see a chain, click it,
step #11. change the link url to your ppp website and click ‘Update,

———-

Now you may add text above or below the picture, change the font size,
color etc. etc. and even make these words clickable too if you highlight
the text click the chain and click save just like you did with the picture.

Basically, you now have your code…

———-

step #12. click on the tab that says ‘html’ and then put your cursor in the edit area,
press Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C…

———-

Now you’re going to go down your sidebar and complete the following:

———-

step #13.  click on ‘Appearance’ and then ‘Widgets’
step #14. find the text heading in ‘Available Widgets’ and drag a new one
into your sidebar.
step #15. hover your cursor over the text widget and press Ctrl+V
step #16. now all you need to do is add the <br>’s where you want the
lines to break and the <div align=center> and </div> around all the
code as was indicated above,
step #17 – click the ‘Save’ button and you’re all done.
