Was that ever dumb…
I didn’t think my Twitter followers cared.

Thankfully, I’m beginning to understand Twitter
a little bit more… with each passing day, but

I’m still what you’d call a Twoobie (Twitter Noobie).

Yep, I don’t really post (Tweet) as much as people tell me I should and
I’m still a little unsure what all these blocks of 140 characters
are truly all about…

Until now that is…

Thank you Mr. Alex Jeffreys.

They say that ‘when the student is ready
the teacher appears’.  I think I’ve entered the classroom.

What I learned so far is that Twitter is a place for one on one,
group and private conversations with friends located
all over the world.

So what did Alex Jeffreys do to get me to open my
eyes…  He created this totally awesome video
series called ‘Tweeting With You‘.

I wish I could do the product justice and tell you
what its all about…  But I can’t, because there are
just too many goodies.

Every time I watch these videos, I pick up
a whole new set of takeaways.

Get these FREE videos while you can, before Alex comes to
his senses and charges really what they’re worth.

Ohhh..  And about the really dumb thing I did.

I watched one of Alex’s videos where he said that
its better to have more followers than those you follow.

Makes sense.

So in my infinite wisdom, I decided to get
a little trigger happy… By the way, this was not Alex’s idea.

I decided to carefully reduce the number of people I followed by
about 150 (30% in my case)…  I mean what could it hurt.

Unfortunately a lot…

Minute by minute people started unsubscribing from following me.
Basically my numbers of followers… started dropping like a rock.

WOW.  What a goof ball.

So, will I ever write an ebook on how to eliminate  Twitter followers faster
than a speeding bullet, probably not.

And please don’t tell Alex… either

Rob
